"Yes, Crisp Deals does low prices, but the shipping makes them about the same as the others that offer their products. My issue was that they shipped me the wrong item on purpose due to them not having the item I ordered. They even wrote in the item ID # of the item I REALLY ordered next to the professionally printed sticker from the manufacturer on the box so I would think that I was receiving what I ordered. This would have been fine IF THEY WOULD HAVE ASKED ME FIRST. Then when I finally talked to someone they offered for me to keep the item and refund shipping and the cost of return shipping as compensation. This would have been fine if I ACTUALLY WANTED THIS ITEM. They then told me that they contacted the manufacturer of the item and were told that this item had been discontinued. The item just came out and I ordered it from another company after dealing with Crisp Deals. I will not be dealing with this company again. I do a lot of internet shopping and integrity means a lot to me. To their credit, within an hour of my item being shipped back to them they refunded my PayPal account."

Secondly, shipping was free and the item still arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. I was very happy with this purchase and am really enjoying this Zoom guitar effects unit. Zoom has put out some not so great products in the past, but they are really changing their game these days.
