"I bought a Nikon camera lens from CD. The price was definately the driving consideration.

It arrived on schedule, however the box was very dented and banged up. Not exactly what you want to see when you order a relatively expensive camera lens.

Moreover, it was intended as a gift for someone, so i needed to repackage.

I would expect professional shipping standards and/or disclosure of dented box (equaling additional discount).

I would only use this seller for certain, not so delicate, purchases which and never again for gifts. "

" I did have a few issues with the company though. I ordered the camera on the 23rd and got a call 2 days later saying they couldn't ship it because I'm new to the company. What it turned out to be is they were trying to sell me an insurance policy on the unit and to push highspeed Memory for the camera. After that it is not the 28th and they STILL haven't sent me the camera and I bought 3 day shipping on it. Admittedly they gave me $10 credit but that is only a lure to buy more stuff from the company. Overall I'd say my experience is a 3 out of 10.

Currently they have my money, my stereo, and the wrong stereo is in the mail back to them, and they refused to give me any 1 of those 3. Rude, uncooperative, unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Update: I did get my money back, but only after contesting the charges with my CC company. It was an honest mistake, but it was not handled appropriately by crispdeals. I won't ever do business with them again.

"Overall an easy purchase with the cheapest prices I could find. This was my first time ordering from CrispDeals. I had a relatively easy time ordering my camera and accessories. I did not pay for the extra costs to ship quickly. Maybe that was why it took so long. CrispDeals does say it will take 8-13 days from time of order to time of receipt. I got mine in exactly 13 days. One needs to be patient when one is not willing to pay extra shipping fees.
