"Bought a marathon dual tray rack mount CD player. player came DOA. Contacted Crispdeals customer service, they said send it back and if deffective I could purchase any CD player they had in stock or could get a full refund.

I chose to purchase a Numark CD player in place of the defective marathon CD player, after their customer service helped me make that choice. The Numark came quickly and it is fine. There was a small difference and Crispdeal refunded the difference to my Paypal Account.
