"What a bunch of crooks! I bought a $35 pair of Sennheiser earbuds from these guys last year. They promptly stopped working after two months. Well, their website clearly states that they are an Authorized Dealer of all products they sell-- see it for yourself at http://www.crispsound.net/about-our-company.html

Guess what-- not only are they NOT an authorized dealer for Sennheiser, but when I called and spoke with a rep at Crisp Sound, he informed me that "those Sennheiser products came from a manufacturer in China. They're not around anymore." I asked him what he meant by that-- clearly, Sennheiser is still in business and still selling the same product. "Well, the factory we were dealing with in China isn't around anymore" he said. And then I put two and two together and realized these guys had most likely sold me (and probably many many others) some counterfeit goods. When I asked the folks at Crisp Sound what they would do to remedy this (the folks at Sennheiser washed their hands of the whole business), the guy told me "I don't know-- take it as a write-off. Or maybe I could give you some small credit." Gee, thanks...

UPDATE-- Just spoke with the folks at Sennheiser, who confirmed the earbuds were fakes.

So STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR SOUND-- unless you want to buy fake junk. What a bunch of A&$h@l#$..."
