The item they sold was listed as "in stock" when it was not, it was indicated as "shipped" when it had not, and eventually after it finally had it was completely incorrect. Company had zero follow up other than to refund the order, abandon amazon.com as a reseller and otherwise leave me high and dry. For a MEDICAL SUPPLY company you would want to think that accuracy is paramount, but Jonathan Anderson can't even seem to figure out what "shipped" means or what an actual order should contain.
