"Crocs.ca is the worst run business I've ever had to deal with. They literally ruined my families Christmas! We placed an order on the last day, prior to the advertised deadline to receive your product before Christmas. To our horror the order was canceled the next day due to an "unexpected error"! A 20% discount code was offered and we were encouraged via email to reorder our item. Seeing as only one day had passed, we reordered and hoped for the best that it arrive in time. Once again, the next day, we received the calculation email that our order had been canceled due to an "unexpected error" with the same resolution offered. This time we opted to phone in to the call center and speak to someone on the phone to rectify the situation. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, a very helpful representative answered and able to explain that there had been an error with the website inventory and despite appearing to be in stock, the item we had ordered was actually sold out. He offered to assist us with another order for a different item that he confirmed was in stock, and offered 2 day expedited shipping for free to ensure we still received our item prior to Christmas. With his assistance, we placed the order a third time, glad to finally be on track! YET AGAIN, the following day we received the same familiar cancelation email and resolution offer. Now December 20th and too late to receive anything prior to Christmas we once again called the CROCS call center and received the same speil about an inventory error, explanation that items move fast close to Christmas accompanied by and offer to assist with an order for another item, this time with no offer for free expedited shipping or suggestion that we might receive anything prior to Christmas. Then in the same sentence the representative told us the item that we had ordered and had been canceled, was now ACTUALLY IN STOCK and we could order it again! I think we'd be fools to believe a CROCS employee yet again. We now have 3 credit card authorizations outstanding on our card, impacting our available funds and need to go out last minute shopping to look for an alternative Christmas gift.
Stay away from shopping on this website, we will never deal with CROCS again!!

"Difficult to know where to start, I ordered 2 pairs at 50% discount on Black Friday ( 28 Nov ). Was given shipping estimate 7 - 10 working days which was acceptable as they were to be Christmas presents. I immediately had the money taken from account and received an invoice. Next day tracking showed that their carrier GLS had picked them up. After this a week went by with absolutely no movement. I emailed 3 times… no replies. I tried their “ live chat “.. this is a real JOKE.. first time I was EIGHTY SECOND (82) in line. I carried on with my day and after 2 HOURS got customer “service”. When I attempted to send my message there was no submit button and after 3 minutes I was timed out. BRILLIANT. Tried again 42nd in line.. this time I was told they were busy and couldn’t find my order but would reorder. Jump forward to Christmas… my order was received by Parcelforce Worldwide on 6th December and they still had it over Christmas. Presents ruined.. had to buy replacements. Tracking still remained identical to that of 6th December on 30th December when there was a knock on the door and there was my package… 32 days from ordering. Throughout this entire shambolic performance Crocs were worse than useless in resolving it for me and Parcelforce were equally awful. MORAL : DO NOT BUY DIRECT DESPITE THE SALES INCENTIVES.. because, quite simply, when Crocs have your money they could not care less. Horrible company.. will NEVER buy from them again."

I ordered on November 27th and still haven't received my order. The only gift I have for my 13 year boy, as I couldn't afford anything more, I am extrmely saddened that my boy will not be getting a Christmas gift this year as Crocs Canada would not give me a refund to be able to purchase another gift. There is no excuse, as when I ordered, there were no shipment delays. Today, as of December 24th, my order still has not been shipped. Hopefully, you all at Crocs Canada never have to feel the anxiety or emotional sadness you have caused me as a mother."
"I wish I read these comments before I ordered. This is my first ordered ever, I ordered some pairs of shoes for family as gifts on 11/28 but today 12/12, the order is still not packed yet. I called the customer services but I was just put on the waiting line. I can't cancel my order and don't know when the package is delivered. My parents visited us and will be leaving soon without gifts for my family. Worst service ever. Never buy from them again."
"My items were just delivered today and took 20 days from the time I ordered to today when I received them. I would say that’s horrible delivery even in a holiday season. I would never ever order from there online site no matter how good the deals are. You can cancel your order, there is no one to talk to on the web. If you call any of there numbers they leave you on hold and you never get to talk to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would. The only thing that was good was my items arriving in good condition. Though I plan to return most of them to my local store, luckily I even have one. Still not worth the trouble or hassle. "
"I returned a pair of size 11, white classic Crocs. I got charged $67.19CDN. I got a text for a link for a refund of $30.98CND. Why do they send links for refunds and why is there a difference in what I got charged on my credit card and a small amount of $30.98. What kind of scam are you guys running here? Return policy is horrible! I had to pay for my own shipping for return. I called customer service to understand why my return amount is different, I waited 30 mins before a live representative answered and when they finally picked up, they couldn't tell me why my return is a lower amount, then the phone hangs up. The live chat doesn't work, and email complaints page on the website doesn't send property. The whole thing is a scam! I will never buy or recommend purchasing anything from crocs website EVER! HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! Someone needs to know about this scam."

The clogs never shipped and now they can not provide an estimate of when they will. They also don’t let you cancel unless it’s 30 minutes after you place the order. This company ****!! "Ordered shoes for my daughters birthday, paid expedited shipping then they change shipping date at the last minute. My daughter is a very easy going child and only asked for one thing days before her birthday! "On Friday May 10 I ordered 2 pairs of crocs and put in the wrong size . They were closed on weekend so first thing Monday morning I call to see if I could change the size they said I was too late to check my tracking # to see when my order was shipped I do not have a tracking # so they said to wait till I got them and then send back for refund and order again so I have to pay to return them. They said when I ordered them I would receive a tracking # as soon as they were shipped didnt happen. I am not impressed with this company. Never order again"
"I've been buying from Crocs online for years. As long as nothing goes wrong everything is fine. I finally received a defective item. I wanted to exchange it instead of a refund because I got it while it was on sale. However there is no option to exchange it online. I contacted the customer service email but never received a reply. So I decided to return it but they were going to take off $7.50 from my refund for shipping. I researched the instructions on the website which stated that I can exchange or get a refund at a Crocs store. Since I was going to Vegas that week that's what I did. Of course they had every size except the one I wanted and they said they could not do a refund because I paid it with Paypal, which was never mentioned on the website."

"I bought Crocs as a Christmas gift. The deal was select styles two for $35. I received one pair super fast ( I paid for expedited shipping). I emailed to find out about other pair, no response, emailed again on Christmas Eve because when I called I had to answer questions about my age so I could get a special deal. I didn't have time for that. Crocs charged me the full amount, but never offered me the option to order a different pair for the deal. No communication about cancelled order. I will never buy Crocs again. They should go out of business. "
