"The product was what we hoped it would be and will suit our purposes nicely. The website was easy to follow in ordering. However, we have had a problem with the shipment. We ordered 14 stanchions(two to a box) and we only received 6 boxes(12 stnchions). Neither the shipper or the company knew what happened to the box but the company was willing, right away, to send a replacement box. That is good customer service!"

1. My name as buyer was not shown in invoice
2. The organization name was not shown in invoice
Even though I distinctly remembered entering them. (This is NOT the first time I buy things for them.) It created some challenge in reimbursement.
3. Would you consider adding USPS parcel post as a shipping options? They take a little longer in shipment but much cheaper. Had you had this option, I would have bought more.
