"Ordered 2 items on May 28. Told both items had to be ordered and usually takes 1 to 3 days. 2 weeks go by and start writing emails. On 3rd email was told parts just received and will be sent early next week. It is now Friday of that week and parts still have not been sent. Sent email yesterday and no reply."

"I simply called to find out about an email with my former physical address I had received from the company. The lady that answered the phone in the shipping logistics office was immediately defensive and rude. She did not want to help me find out about the order. I understand that they have issues with their cyber security, but that is no reason to take it out on another person. If anything it is the fault of the company that they have been hacked and lack the basic precautions to avoid having their customers' information stolen. It is the company's fault, and so their employees should be more sensitive to people instead of taking their frustrations out on customers."

"I ordered a variety of 11 different parts, 3 of which were not in stock. Crowley promptly sent email advising me that the parts were not in stock and giving me the option for a partial shipment. I did not request a partial shipment. The complete order shipped 6 days later. "
"Started with my order on 20/03/2015 tried to add another seal to the order they then charged me shipping again for this seal 15 e-mails later they then added it to my order and said i was in credit for the shipping, order was shipped out on on 30/03/2015 it is now 02/05
/2015 still not here,sent email about tracking they said we cant track with your shipping check with your postal service, let me see now my country's postal service handles 175 million items a day would i just telephone and say hello do you have an item from Crowley Marine with no tracking number, why this company is in business is beyond me i have never ever had to deal with a company so incompetent it seems to be run with utter negligence, and dummy's, I have had to re order with another company and just forget about the cost and the time my engine has been in the garage. I honestly hope that this review helps people before they order with this company. "
