"I requested some trophy plates engraved in the same way as a previous order, even sent in a photo to my sales rep through the chat and through email. it seemed like the sales rep was just hurrying me through the order and not really paying attention to what i was asking for, just trying to get me to the payment screen and go from there. I was told in the live chat "yes the engraving team will make the necessary adjustments". And unsurprisingly, when the engraving plates came, the engraving was not sized correctly. Complete waste of $30"
