"Ordered more than $160 worth of trophies for a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. Received 18 trophies with the same engraving. Immediately called and was told I would have the engravings within a couple of days. I called after three days and was told that my issue was submitted to customer care and I would have the engravings before the event. Called the day before the Pinewood Derby freaking out. They said since they would not get to me before the event to just present the trophies with the wrong engravings and get them fixed later. The Pinewood Derby is tomorrow and I have zero correct trophies to present to the Cub Scouts."
