"I attempted several times in my own and several times with chat help to get what I wanted/needed. The site was difficult to navigate, the sizes were Greek to me and they live chat wasn't much help. The advice was, keep choosing sizes until your type fits. I wanted a long, narrow plaque. I got a short wide one. There's no choice in caps and lower case. All caps isn't desirable. I will use what I got have but never use this provider again. I will say, costs and delivery were reasonable and quick
