They didn't arrive as promised and there was no customer service line that would let me speak to a real person. When I got to them today to them during business hours their only responses was to say it was UPS fault. Bad customer service and broken promised. I would suggest you use someone local to provide awards for your event. "

"I've been ordering sports and scholastic trophies from Crown for a few years, so I know they usually have great quality. And they always process the orders quickly and the costs are great. But my most recent order I was disappointed in. I usually get the metallic engraving plates, but I went with an acrylic one this time that had a soccer theme. The plates look good, but the bottom line of the engraving is right on the bottom edge of the plastic plate. It doesn't look good. There's plenty of space above, and there's a top margin. I would have preferred better balance with margins on the top and bottom. It doesn't look good, and I'm disappointed."
