"So I ordered a plaque that appeared very nice online but once the plaque was received it turned out not to look anything like the item did on the mock up.
The background looked way different than what it was supposed to and the product is one of the cheapest things I have ever encountered. For the product to cost me over $90 dollars I would expect a really high quality item.
This is a piece of plexiglass with a piece of printer paper smacked on the back of it, it is utterly disappointing.
Thou the item is not as described because it has been personalized (with a piece of printer paper) it is not returnable, so now I have to present this disappointing award to someone because of their deceptive online imaging.
Anyway I would stay far away from this company, there are other companies that I have discovered who will give you up to 1000 characters free not just 40, so I paid an extra 26 for someone to type an additional 20 something charters and print them on a piece of paper.
