Their customer service could use some work.

"The reason I buy parts from Crown Toyota is their prices and free shipping on orders over $75. Their customer service however, could use some work. Every time I have called for help finding a part they act like I'm an inconvenience and do not seem to appreciate me bringing my business to them at all. I am put on hold every time and have to wait 10 - 20 minutes some times. Most of the time I am able to find the part numbers I need on my own. I call tCrown Toyota when I can't find the part numbers I need."

"Called in to order some parts I needed. Was told items were in stock or can have delivered next morning to parts dept. Went in the day after and found out what I needed was not in stock and never bothered to order knowing I was going in to pick up.
