"Simply put: I have never received my product.
Update: After calling Crucial customer support I received my delivery in less than 48 hours.
Based on the speed and ease of getting my problem resolved I'm revising my rating from one star to four."

"I filled out the shipping info with the full intention of having it shipped via UPS as indicated on their shipping options. But instead, it was shipped by UPS and redirected to USPS. The problem with that is USPS does not deliver to our physical address. I called Crucial and they told me that one option was to call USPS and somehow have them stop shipment and arrange from me to pick it up. What? Why? If I had known I had an option of shipping via USPS, I would have had them ship to my PO Box. So now I wait for the shipment to be returned to Crucial showing as "deliverable" which will take upwards of 10 days from now.... Meantime, I have no laptop memory and Crucial won't re-ship anything until they get the original memory shipment in transit back from USPS or UPS. So great...nice Job, Crucial! Great product, but poor customer service. :("

"My original order was incorrect, my mistake not Crucial's error. When I contacted them to redo the order and send the original order back it was all done with ease speaking with their tech-support department. I have received the RMA for the return of the first order, placed the new order and it should arrive this morning, 11/4/14, by 10:30 AM. "I have always had a great experience with Crucial, so they are always my first choice for memory products. This time I ordered an 8GB memory module for my Dell Latitude E6520, which was not supported according to information on the Dell website, but Crucial's website indicated that it would work. I chose standard shipping, and received it quicker than I expected. When I installed the memory module it worked without any issues! I then installed one of the original 2GB memory modules in the second slot, and now have upgraded from 4GB to 10GB for a very affordable price!"

"My experience with Crucial.com started badly as I placed an order, and received an email saying that I will receive another email once the product has shipped. One week went by and I didn't hear a thing. Then when I checked again, it says that my order was canceled--without notice.
I placed another order, thinking it was my mistake during the ordering process. The next day, my order was canceled again, but this time I actually received an email saying it. With that said, the email mentioned nothing about why my order was canceled. When I called customer service about the cancelation, I was given very vague reasons and that my shipping address and my billing address on my credit card didn't match (!) Really? Then why is there an option of filling out both addresses if they can't be different?! And what have they done to verify my info? Did anyone call me? No. They just canceled my order twice, and only once with notice.

I complained, and the customer service rep was helpful and nice. He finally offered to have my order shipped overnight for free, and I received it the next day (well, a week and a day from my original order)."
