"I am very dissatisfied because I ordered the memory that was recommended on the page after running the scan on my desktop and I received a memory for a laptop. To top it off, they will not just swap it for the correct memory of the same price (which they have) I have to first send the one I have back, then they process it, then I have to wait for them to refund the money and wait on that to show back up on my card and then reorder it again INSTEAD of me just sending the product back and them swapping it out. This is making me have to wait so much more longer when at first I was impressed about how fast they shipped it out."
