I am an IT consultant and understand how ecommerce and the back end works and believe me that when I say they were having severe technical issues it is not an overstatement.

My experience was over a weekend but in terms of website performance I imagine they lost quite a tidy sum of business on the weekend I made my purchase which took a lot of persistence to finally accomplish...Ughhhh

FYI....I had to use multiple computers to finish up, I also have a very fast Verizon FIOS connection and several performance grade business PC's....just in case you were wondering....also tried 3 different browsers.
