"The product worked and performed in my system, but was bought as an upgrade to what was in the system. When placed in upgrade slot unit would not boot, but when original memory was removed and replaced by crucial it work. Upon contacting crucial they said they only said it would work in the system. In order to get the upgrade i wanted I would have to buy another Crucial module. Not the upgrade I expected."
"I im'd 4 different phone reps, trying to find out which RAM I needed for my iMac. I ordered the recommended RAM and after it arrived I learned that I should have ordered 2x1 gig instead of 1gig. The reps seem to have very little or no training. They could not answer basic questions without LONG delays. After all of this frustration, it appears that the RAM is not the correct match for my iMac. I'm not at all happy with this experience!"
