"I called Cruzin Concepts to inquire about a wheel that has been out of stock for over a year, but continues to appear on the website as one of their products. The young lady who answered the call sounded like she had brought her infant child to work with her because I could hear a baby crying as I was listening to her excuses as to why the item is still showing on their website, but had been discontinued. When I started to suggest they revised their website to keep customers aware of what's available and what's not. Guess what? She hung up on me. Poor customer service. I wouldn't buy a screw from these screwballs. "
"By far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a set of wheels from them in March of 2010. Gave me excuse after excuse for missed delivery dates. When I finally received the wheels, three out of four were damaged. These were $500 a piece wheels and if I said it looked like they were packaged by a monkey, it would be a compliment. Sent back the three damaged items and then was forced to wait again. I finally had so many arguments with their rude sales reps that they cancelled my order and hit me with a $375.00 restocking charge. Keep in mind, they cancelled the order, not me. Here's what I tell everyone that is even remotely considering doing business with them:
1. Obtain a copy of their terms & conditions of sale (they’re six pages of very small print). Pay particular attention to the fourth paragraph in section 1, subsection M that addresses disputes. It states: “Please note: the chargeback fee cannot be refunded if and when in most cases CRUIZIN’ CONCEPTS MOTORSPORTS’ dispute response overturns the customers initiated chargeback”. Sounds like they have the restocking fee gimmick figured out.
2. Perform a satellite address search of their rarely published corporate address at: 647 Hall Station Road in Kingston, Georgia. This is their headquarters address?
3. And most importantly, search, search, search and search again for as many independent experiences before pulling the trigger. I made the mistake of not doing this and got sucked in by their cheap prices that ended up costing me way more in the long run.
Be very careful if you choose to do business with Cruizin Concepts Wholesale."
"Their sales staff is rude and full of excuses. Wouldn't honor their own sale price from only two days prior (and it was less than a 10% discount). Will not shop with them"
