"I chose this Pioneer stereo again since the first one was excellent in my other SUV. I needed to retain my steering wheel controls in my Honda CR-V so my advisor checked through my entire order list and verified I had all I needed. The package arrived as promised and packed very securely. Everything was in excellent condition. During installation I had a question about some of the wires and called Critchfield. Within minutes a tech answered my questions and the installation went perfectly. The new system sounds amazing compared with the original stereo from 2007. After looking through and finding the stereo I liked I found out there were including extras that I needed and would have to paid extra if not purchased from them. I got the ford stereo removal tools at no cost. A wire harness to make connections simple and the dash kit all for free. I did buy the tools for the dash which were useful and cheap and with the directions also for free made swapping out a easy task. Thanks."
