"I haven't purchased from Crutchfield's in very long time so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm not sure why I haven't bought anything from them in awhile but with all of the other internet folks out there I got lost in the shuffle trying to find the best price, best shipping, etc. etc.
Well, my latest purchase was hands down the easiest and fastest that I've had in quite a bit. And, free 2-day shipping on a 55" Sony TV and sound bar - that's not bad at all. I realize free is relative but it still looked good to me.
I also had a chance to chat with one of their advisors because of an issue that turned out not to be an issue (the part in question rolled under my sofa so I mistakenly assumed it was missing from the factory). Dev was patient and on point and committed to requesting the replacement part from their warehouse. I emailed him back to let him know I found it so hoping he didn't have to jump through too many hoops because of my mistake.
I will not hesitate to get back on their website to browse for other electronics since my latest experience was top notch.

"Had a great sales experience, and as anticipated a vigorous installation. it's a little unnerving, but when finished it's so worth it! Nobody locally could install my stereo within 2 months, so being impatient I figured I could do it myself. Indeed I did. Took me about 9 hours start to finish in my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I was concerned there were left over connectors with nothing plugged into them when I felt I was finished. Two connectors were from the old radio, the others I'm assuming were for options I didn't install such as cameras, etc. The OBDII connection and the things it shows on the radio are so cool, even all tire pressures AND TIRE TEMPERATURE? It's not something I'll watch all of the time, but it's fun to see that just the same. MPG, etc are part of that too. Overall I'm so happy with my purchase, the quality of the wiring harness, and the assistance that's there at Crutchfield if you need it. Oh the hardest part, getting everything back in the dash. There's not much room after you have it all stuffed in there. "
