"I recently purchased the 631 display, in the 3.5" drive bay kit, and am very happy with my purchase. I had no problems whatsoever with the installation of both the device, and of the software required to use it. It was a simple matter of placing the display into a vacant drive bay, hooking up the single USB internal cable, installing the drivers and the Crystal Control software. Within a half an hour, I had the device up and running perfectly.
I was especially impressed with the quality of the product, having used some devices in the past with less than desirable attributes, it was very nice to find one with the obvious attention to detail. No modifications were needed to anything to install it, it fit perfectly right out of the box. While it would be nice to get the software, and perhaps a bit better documentation, the company's website offers an excellent resource for drivers and software, and their support forums contain a wealth of information on all their products. For anyone wanting a quality display for their system, I'd heartily recommend CrystalFontz! Online ordering was a breeze, and thanks to FedEx, I had my purchase in hand the following day. Outstanding product, service, and shipping."
