"I was a little uncertain about booking Disneyland Paris originally but having spoken directly to an agent called Mathew I was over-whelmed at just how helpful Mathew was in beating other prices else-where to meet within our budget as I had seen some offers but didn't make the time to put money aside especially. Not only that but he went out of his way to put at rest any concerns I had through reviews I had seen about hotels on Google etc. And having received lots of emails back as well as phone calls I could tell he has a lot of passion for the company that he works for & am sure he will credit it & himself in a big way in the long-run.
