I reached Joe at Car Truck Access who told me he would phone me back the next day after contacting the seller. He didn't call by noon, so I called him again. He was extremely helpful and said he would phone back after calling the vendor. He did call within minutes and told me that there had been an error in the packing of my order and it would be shipped within the week. He also called me back again to verify that I would get the order no later than Friday. I received it on Wed. Joe was a very nice man, who provided me with good service...the vendor was a little less so."
