"Through no fault of Car Truck Accessories, my rug mat would not stick to the velcro. The velcro stuck fine to the dash board but the material in the rug mat would not adhere to the velcro. The representative named Joe was very helpful and professional and said I could send it back if I so desired and he would find something that will work for me. I have installed three of these mats in cars that I have owned or still own, and they are still in place and sticking very well. Not quite sure what the new mat material is made of, but velcro will not stick to it. I have tried other industrial velcro and it also will not stick to this mat material.
This rating is ment only for customer reference regarding this one particular mat and not ment to discredit the manufacturer or Car Truck Accessories,llC., as my experience with them was very good. They do however need to figure out why this particular mat will not stick to the velcro.
I will continue to shop with Car Truck Accessories in the future, for any additional needs.
