"I am only giving CubeToyShop 1 star because zero stars is not an option! On 12/27/16 I ordered a $50 toy for my nephew’s 2nd birthday on Jan. 18th. who lives in CA. My M/C charge card card was charged immediately, but it turns out the present never showed up.

Their contact us page only lets you send an email - no phone #. So I did and got no response. I finally found a phone # under "about us" and tried calling numerous times but it is a cell phone type answering machine saying something like please wait while we try and locate the google voice subscriber" and got no response to the numerous voicemails either.

They must be bogus because their website says they are in Columbus, GA, which is where the item shipped from, the phone number listed is in Redmond, WA and the charge on my card was from a toy company in Europe!

Near the end of January, I got a call from FedEx saying they are trying to deliver, but the address is incomplete. I called them and it turns out the CubeToyShop had shipped it to COLORADO and that it had actually been shipped by Bed Bath & Beyond. I was told to call them to get the address changed to go to California. From Bed Bath & Beyond I found out that in fact, 3 of the same item was coming to my name at the wrong address in Colorado and all 3 orders used different credit cards. Top it off, according to their system, my order was associated with an Amex card. I don't have an Amex card!

At this point we figured it was fraud and so I stopped the charge. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they aren't listed in any of their databases and because the money was collected from an international company I'm SOL!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T LET THE LOW PRICES FOOL YOU. THEY'LL ROB YOU BLIND!"
