"This company has the worst customer service next to Comcast if that gives you any idea. They send items even though you cancel the order before it ships. Then you get a POS rep who never graduated human and speech school. A company right out of the Ghetto. I do not care that I ordered from a website not theirs. It is one of their products and should do right by their customers. Apparently good service is not a requirement for them. "
"Very poor service. Ordered dress gold toe socks, but was shipped winter socks. Left a message, but received no remedy. Will dispute credit charge before the 30-day limit. I am still waiting for a return shipping label. "

"Been dealing with this Co. since Nov. 3rd 2012. They sent me the wrong order, and when I wrote a review, I was contacted promptly.(very good). The lady said that she would send a return label to my e-mail address LAST MONDAY. It never appeared. Calling their phone # just gets you a recorded message. Meanwhile, my 30 day return window is running out."
