"Review Update:
I ordered a gift for through cufflinks prior to leaving town for a few weeks. I expedited the shipping so that I would have it before I left.
When I got my notification it stated my package was to arrive after I left town. I tried contacting their customer service and left messages but never got a reply soooo... I may or may not have freaked out a little bit and posted a few negative reviews.
FedEx corrected the shipping and I ended up getting my package in time (prior to leaving town). I had no issues with the order. ... Everything worked out great... so I am retracting my earlier comments.
Cufflinks did get back to me about my order however it was a week after everything went down. I do appreciate the response even if was only in regards to my negative review.
They could still work on improving their customer response time.
