"I ordered bathing suits from cupshe and needed to cancel the order and emailed the company 5 minutes after I placed the order. They responded to my first email within 4 hours and told me that the refund was completed and I would see it within 3-5 days. They emailed me again the next day and said they won’t know if the order could be cancelled for 12 hours and the order had been shipped when they checked it. They did eventually process the refund, however I still found them to be very disorganized and they kept telling me different things. They should make the process of cancelling an order easier. This should not have happened when I emailed them 5 minutes after I ordered and it certainly should not have had time to leave the warehouse. I have ordered from many companies that have way better costumer service! I will not be ordering from cupshe again. "

"Last year I bought two bathing suits from cupshe. The style was super cute but the quality was terrible. The back clip on both of them broke. I returned them and the same thing happened again. I couldn’t return them because their 21 day return policy had expired even though they were defective. I bought a cute bathing suit for my daughter this time and it had the same clip. We were away when the bathing suit arrived. When she tried it on it didn’t fit right at all. I contacted them to return it. They responded with what I needed to do. I supplied the info they required to ship it back to them and they then responded that it was out of the 21 day return window. I have never seen a 21 day return policy at any other store. After giving this company three tries I will never again. Their customer service is terrible and they don’t even have a phone number to call. Super disappointing and unlike any other company I had ever dealt with. "
