"I don't usually take the time to write reviews and yes this is about a negative experience. But what this company did was so audacious I had to share. Recommend steering clear of this organization, too many other solid choices for high end luxury appliances. Unethical to say the least, care less about customer more worried about sandbagging competitors that outsell them.

I brought a competitive deal to them on a VERY expensive luxury gas grill and Jonathan G. was more worried about tricking me into getting the information in writing of the company offering the deal and making me think he needed to see the deal in order to match the price. When I gave him the information in writing he went to the manufacturer (Lynx) and told them this competitor was violating the selling agreement they have with Lynx and then never followed up with me.

I would avoid this business if you can, they are more worried about hurting their competitors (that consistently outsells them go figure) than selling a grill to a customer. Jonathan never followed up with me to sell me the grill after he got what he wanted on email. Used a customer to get back at a competitor. I also escalated this to Lynx to let them know how one of their dealers treated one of their customers and apparently there is a history with Curtos, not the first time they've alienated a customer.

My experience was very negative overall and Jonathan is very condescending and spoke negatively about other companies as well which was a complete turn off.

Brought my business elsewhere and I am thrilled with the grill and service I received and in the end Curtos hurt their own business then helped it and didn't sell a grill because of a complete lack of focus on the customer. "

I had already paid a $175 installation charge to Curtos at the time of purchase. Not good business practice. "
