"I accidentally ordered 2 pillow backs. I contacted the company and they refunded immediately. I had several communications with them about my unusual shaped cushions. When it appeared that it was more involved and expensive they Immediately refunded my money. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. Just fill out contact form on site.

"We wanted a 3" thick pad for a bench. They sewed the corners to only 1.5" then stuffed in a 3" pad so it is 3" in the middle and 1.5" at the edge and rocks back and forth and looks absolutely terrible. We contacted them and they said we only had 2 days to report anything and dismissed us. Fabric and cushion both appear to be very low quality for the price as well. Next time I will just take the time to make my own cushion.

"I ordered 6 chair cushions in 2010, four of one type and two of another. Fabrics are of great quality and look the same today (2017) as they did when received in 2010. Full disclosure, all four chair cushions are used inside. Two of the chairs are used once or twice per year as extra chairs at our dining room table -- as expected these cushions look exactly the same as they did in 2010. The other four chairs are used at a breakfast table on a daily basis -- while the fabric is still perfect, the front of each cushion has compressed by about 20%. While the cushion material is probably not of the highest quality I am not dissatisfied, as generally the cushions still look nice.
I have just ordered a outdoor bench cushion, which will also receive little use, but sits on our covered front porch. Since we live in Northern California, the cushion will probably stored for 3 months of the year and left on the bench 9 months of the year. I will provide a follow up review if the bench cushion performs particularly good or bad. "
"I spent a considerable amount for a custom cushion for a window seat that is rarely used. The quality of the foam is poor and the cushion is flat on one side. I contacted customer service with no response on how to rectify the problem. The quality is poor and they clearly do not stand behind their work. Shop elsewhere."
"I bought a beach home in Gold Beach, OR. In remodeling the kitchen, I wanted a window seat to tie everything together. I was fearful of ordering online with a company that does not allow returns. However, there was no local resource and Cushion.com was less expensive than the company that allowed returns. I just received the custom made cushion. I cannot be more please. The material is great. The fabric color is a true representation of that online. I am VERY HAPPY! Thank you Cusion.com."
"I ordered a custom sized window cushion for our new home. Ordered on 6/26/14 and the finished product was received on 7/11/14. When I asked a question about when the item was to be shipped I received a prompt response. I got an email and tracking number when the item was shipped. It arrived on time, packaged well (too well, I had a hard time opening it) and the cushion is great! Fits the space like a glove. Thank you!"
"I wish I would have read reviews first. I ordered 4 cushions on 5/26/2013. They already charged my credit card, which usually means they've shipped. The Track your order button will not work for me on their site. I used their contact support form and was told it takes 8 weeks before I see my order. I'm still waiting, but they've already been paid full amount. Don't know how this other person says 2 weeks unless that review is a scam! I'll come back and review quality, if I ever get my pillows!"
"This company provides extraordinarily poor products and their customer service is horrible. I spent a lot of money with them on a custom cushion and what I received was laughable. First, I ordered a striped pattern and they put a seam down the middle of my cushion and the stripes weren't aligned. Secondly, there was a stain on one side about the size of a silver dollar. Thirdly, they shipped it to me, folded in a paper bag, so the cushion still doesn't lay straight. I called them immediately and was told that they could't guarantee the product would be made without a seam (to be fair, their website did disclose this), but the 3" edges didn't have seams, so it's absolutely possible. They also told me they couldn't guarantee they would match the stripes up, so they recommended I choose a different fabric. They offered to replace the cushion or give me a 25% discount. I asked for a full refund since they sent me a dirty, poorly-constructed and absolutely disappointing product and they wouldn't agree to that. Since that email chain, I was hospitalized so it took me two months to find a new fabric and get back to them. I was then informed that too much time had passed and they wouldn't honor the replacement (they have no written policy, just stated in an email that they believe I waited too long to respond). They didn't respond to my second email request for reconsideration. I wish I had read all of the poor reviews they have prior to me buying a cushion. Beware buyers!!!! They sell junk products at premium prices and don't have any idea of what it means to take care of customers. "

I had a similar experience to other reviewers except my fabric came in less than half of the yardage I ordered. I called the customer support and gave them an option of sending the missing fabric or returning what I had received for a full refund if they prepay return shipping. I was told that my order had been complete based on their review and that was it. Fortunately when I contacted my credit card company, they were able to reverse the purchase for me. Cushions.com finally decided to respond to my email request after 42 days of receipt and after the credit reversal. Their response was if I don't return the fabric they will contact the law enforcement. That's beyond just bad customer service. I think they're fraud. Cushions.com operates a number of affiliated websites under different names. Buyers please be aware."
"STAY AWAY! I ordered two identical cushions from this company. I thought for the money they were charging that I would get a well made product. WRONG. They were an inch to narrow, more than twice as thick as ordered, lumpy, curved and uneven. Customer service made me jump through hoops to send photos, asked me to retake a few even though they were perfectly visible (i am a professional photographer). Then told me that they would offer 15% off or remake them. Given all of the problems I asked for a refund and was refused by the owner. I am out $150 for garbage. They do not stand behind their product, instead they hide behind the "no refunds" language in their terms of use. It has been a long time since I dealt with a small business that cares so little about their customers."
