"I purchased an earpiece for my husband for a birthday gift. The earpiece was delivered as promised. The problem occurred when I had to return it since my husband bought an earpiece before his birthday. We sent the item back and allowed over 2 weeks before we contacted them to find out the status of the return. We were told that they had no record of the return. We contacted the post office since the item was insured and they opened an investigation. A few days after the post office started the investigation, Customearpiece called and told us that they found the returned item and they would credit my account which they did.
I would recommended if you purchase from this company and need to return an item to make sure you get it insured with a signature return card from the post office. This company only allows 15 days for returns.
