"2 words sum up my experience: blown away.

Once I got the hang of designing on your website it was a breeze to set the shirts up. We did have an issue where we had to change the design, and the team was amazing. There was great communication between them and me during the redesign and approval process. The redesign that the team came up with was great. Even with 4 or 5 days of redesigns and emails back and forth my shirts were still ready on the original day they were estimated to be done! Shipping was fast, and when the shirts arrived, they were exactly what we had designed, right color, the shirt material was very high quality, and the printing was expertly done.

Overall our satisfaction level is 100%.

"We were in a rush to get shirts for our company on time, so we picked up the phone and had a fantastic experience speaking with Andrew. He helped us figure out the cost, deadline and other details so we were able to get our order in quickly. We got the shirts a day earlier than expected and couldn't be happier with the results! We even decorated our desks with the octopus stickers. CustomInk will be our go-to for T-shirts from this day forward.

Related to the screen printing, we spotted one T-shirt where the design was a bit marred. It appears that the ink substance had not dried 100% before being boxed up so the image caught on itself and left an awkward bare crease. Thankfully it was only one shirt out of the entire order so we set it aside as our official last resort spare. :)
