I've tried other company's always looking to compare product quality and service and I always come back to custom ink. Their product quality and customer service is unmatched. I would highly recommend buying from this site. Like I said after ordering from other places and being disappointed (On other places they had to remake the product 3 times) I've found myself going back to custom ink.
I've ordered many types of their products not just tee shirts and each and every one was perfect. Save your money and time and just go here. I like that I don't have minimum orders and being a small business this is great news. No set up fees and they called to actually help me get a better product and with no additional charge. They actually discounted my upgraded product so it wouldn't cost extra. You can't beat that - they are dedicated to give you a great product. And yes they did ask me to leave my comments from their site - so I added some more positive info because they deserve it."

My overall experience with CustomInk was AMAZING. I will CERTAINLY be using them in the future. The whole experience of designing your own tshirt was incredibly quick and easy. I had the shirts on my door step in less than a weeks time from the date of purchase. They ARE the most reasonable, friendly, and accurate DIY tshirt company on the web! I would and will recommend them to EVERYONE!! The website, customer service, and t-shirts were all out of this world. The size and fabric were pretty spot on and true to the average fit of a cotton t-shirt. The printing was excellent and the packaging was outstanding. They put the shirts in a plastic bag prior to putting them in the box so that if it rains the shirts don't get ruined."

"CustomInk's prices were great and so I thought the product might be average, or the delivery late (after all, I was ordering on-line for the first time with a company I didn't know.) Truly, I expected it was all too good to be true. But WOW ... easy-to-use ordering interface, fast turnaround on the proof, t-shirts arrived a week before they were promised, and even the box they came in was cute! The plastic wrapping inside was thoughtful (I have had wet packages before), the stickers on the bag saying "We hope you love these shirts" (I do) and the sticker tag on the shirt ... everything was A1.

"My team loved the t-shirts and the service was really good. The quality of the material was exceptional and everything was done to my specifications. My only issue was getting multiple emails asking to approve the design when I already had. However, one quick call and everything was resolved. The shipping was beyond fast - you guys must have the transporters from Star Trek since the t-shirts got here two hours after I was emailed that they had been sent.
