"I ordered 200 and after tweaking the design I got the patches I wanted - exactly. I was charged upfront $35 for a sample patch to be mailed to me but they took the cost off of the total. I am very pleased with this company."
"They are interested in pumping out patches as fast as possible and quality is not a high priority. I've placed two orders for 3 different patches and with each order I had issues that should have been caught on their end before production on both orders.
On our first order we asked for embroidered patches and the sample did not match our artwork. We were told that we should do woven if we wanted a better rendition of our logo. We were charged for the digitizing of the embroidered patch. I would have appreciated it if the company took more of an interest and told us ahead of time that we should try woven over embroidery. Lesson learned for $40.
The last patch has a border that looks awful because they couldn't follow the shape of the patch. Since the proof they provided did not have the border we had no idea they would look so poor until they arrived. After contacting customer service they recommended we try a die cut patch. Again, it doesn't appear that they were interested in the quality of the patch. They just want to pump them out as fast as possible. Lesson learned for $165.
If you know exactly what you need and have experience with patch capabilities than you might enjoy working with these people. I would also highly recommend you request a proof that is a finished piece instead of approving the proof before it is cut out and has the border sewn on. If you aren't a patch expert you may end up spending more than you save after learning design lessons the hard way.

"They really do have the lowest price for 100 patches at 3". I looked on other sites but they we're all more than 1.50 each but here they were 1.29 each."
