"I had ordered back in January a canvas of an astronaut sitting on the moon drinking what looks like a Mountain Dew. When I got my product in February it was not what I ordered so I contacted them via email. They told me that they did not have my order as such I showed them my confirmation of the order and then the product I received and my bank statement when the product was ordered. That still wasn’t enough so I sent the product back for a refund. Got into my account to get the address and the order had been changed to the product I received and had me ordering the product in February!! What?! Contacted them again to ask what was up... by the time I heard from them again it was April and it then telling me that my new package was sent out and tracking info would be provided the following day. Thank god! End of May rolled around and still no tracking info or package. Contacted them again and the same story, I got what I ordered and nothing could be done. By this time I had already sent the package back and they still hadn’t provided a refund or the correct product. I contacted the BBB and they refused to answer any emails or contact with them and after 4 months closed the case. So here almost a year of fighting with them... no refund... no product and nothing to make it right. They blocked my email so I can no longer email them and blocked me on social media because I tried to contact them through there. Talk about a scam. They took my money and never looked back. Do not order from this place ever!!"
