I ended up selecting the wrong part as part of my order, they promptly called to tell me of the discrepancy and offered to change the order for me right away. Unfortunately, in the time that it took to change the order the part I needed sold out. They offered to give me a comparable item (with a higher cost) at no additional charge so that I would still get the parts I needed on time to complete my project!
I choose to order through them for the prices and will continue to order through them because of their customer service.
