"The cushions I purchased for our built in benches and our furniture came out PERFECT!! I ordered on 12/02/2012 and received them within 2 weeks of placing the order. "Vendor website does not confirm orders. They do not send invoices or respond to website email inquiries asking for verification of an order. When you are eventually charged despite not thinking the order went through, vendor will not stop the order and proceed to charge you."

My husband ordered a thousand dollars worth of replacement cushions for our Frontgate furniture and not only are they the most rigid uncomfortable and cheaply made cushions I have ever seen or sat on, but most of them have FALLEN APART!!!!!! It has been less than a year. They have no ties on their cushions and they are generic so they just slide right off your furniture. DON'T DO IT! So frustrating!"
"I ordered cushions from this company. Of the several cushions I ordered, 50% came the wrong size. The company does not respond to emails. I have called with no response and I can no longer find the phone number on their website. Also insteresting, no invoice came with the cushions and those that are the wrong size show the correct dimensions on the tag, yet they are the cut to the wrong measurements. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. I am now left with half a set of patio cushions with no response from the maker."

They were the right size but after just 1 week it was obvious the material was not suitable for being outdoors. Where else do you use patio furniture? "I ordered 4 chaise cushions on 5-5-11. The next day I received an email confirmation that had measurements totally different than I had ordered. I emailed back asking them to contact me to verify, no response. After the stated 14 days for shipping had passed, I started emailing-5 contacts in all to advise of the status, no response. Finally on May 26 the cushions arrived. They were totally the wrong size. Since that day I have been on the phone with Tom Johnson and Elis several times-Tom tells me the mistake was mine. Elis tells me to send pictures, then more pictures. They have not offered in any way to rectify this situation. Sounds like I'm just plain screwed for $425.00. It's interesting to me that there is no way of documenting this dispute, as they never respond to emails, or requested receipt for emails. Sounds like they don't want a paper trail. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! BUYER BEWARE"
"I usually read reviews before I buy. Sure wish I had. This is one nasty company. I placed a $600 order (cushions & umbrella). Cushions were ok; the umbrella came damaged. When I called they said "it was fine when it left the warehouse." They told me to take photos & repackage & UPS would pick it up (they did). Several weeks later, I had not heard anything. When I contacted them, they said they were waiting for UPS claims dept. & would let me know the outcome. huh? I called AMEX & asked them to dispute the $249 for the umbrella only. When CC found out, I finally got a call saying the whole amount had been disputed & I owed them $600. I've talked to 3 AMEX agents & have a letter stating otherwise. I removed the dispute hoping for the umbrella, not good enough. They want $600 or the cushions even though my account does not show a credit & AMEX says no way & that I should wait. Last email from CC threatened a law suit, local police & the district attorney. Is this company for real? STAY AWAY!"

"I purchased some fabrics from Cushions.com. It turns out Cushions.com is affiliated with Customcushions.net and has the same customer support number. STAY AWAY from this website and its affiliates like plague.
I had a similar experience to other reviewers except my fabric came in less than half of the yardage I ordered. I called the customer support and gave them an option of sending the missing fabric or returning what I had received for a full refund if they prepay return shipping. I was told that my order had been complete based on their review and that was it. Fortunately when I contacted my credit card company, they were able to reverse the purchase for me. Cushions.com finally decided to respond to my email request after 42 days of receipt and after the credit reversal. Their response was if I don't return the fabric they will contact the law enforcement. That's beyond just bad customer service. I think they're fraud. Cushions.com operates a number of affiliated websites under different names. Buyers please be aware."
"STAY AWAY! I ordered two identical cushions from this company. I thought for the money they were charging that I would get a well made product. WRONG. They were an inch to narrow, more than twice as thick as ordered, lumpy, curved and uneven. Customer service made me jump through hoops to send photos, asked me to retake a few even though they were perfectly visible (i am a professional photographer). Then told me that they would offer 15% off or remake them. Given all of the problems I asked for a refund and was refused by the owner. I am out $150 for garbage. They do not stand behind their product, instead they hide behind the "no refunds" language in their terms of use. It has been a long time since I dealt with a small business that cares so little about their customers."
"Horrible! I placed an order for custom patio cushions (nothing fancy, just non-standard length) on May 1, 2009. The website said 2-3 weeks, so I was hoping to get them for a memorial day weekend party. It is now going on 5 weeks and I still did have not received my order. They were happy to charge my credit card two days after I ordered. After I complained, they basically said, "sorry about your luck" and changed their website to reflect 3-4 weeks (even though it's now been over 4 weeks). Then they removed their customer service phone number from the website (they are in the pacific nw by the way). I requested to cancel the order and they said there is a disclaimer on the website that all orders are non-refundable/cannot be cancelled. I contacted them again requesting a shipping credit for when it finally does ship since it's so late and have not received a response. I am normally a very smart consumer and regret that I have been completely "duped" by this company. "
