Once I shipped the molds back to them turn around time. Was about 2 weeks to get my new grills. The craftsmanship is spot on as well as the fit. The communication in regards to questions I had was pretty prompt and all in all I will be shopping with them again."

"Custom Gold Grills is a complete scam! I ordered custom grills. When they sent me back the final piece there was scratches on it. The material is flimsy. It didn’t connect properly to my left lower tooth and the material is cheap. Looks nothing like their website. When I contacted customer service they refused to give me a refund. I paid for a perfect product, not the piece of garbage they sent me. I got lawyers working on this case. Because company is a complete fraud. "
