"I've been a customer for several years now. My ONLY complaint is the length of time an order takes to ship. The order that produced this survey took 8 days. I currently have an order pending that I ordered on the 10/5. Today is the 12th and I still have no idea when it's expected. I realize that Cut at Home probably has thousands of orders each week. How could they not, the price and product is great. But it would be nice to know the status of my order. I really want to play.

BTW, I order from a company (about the same size as Cut at Home) that, if I place an order in the AM, it's shipped in the PM. They also have great prices and product so needless to say, I deal with them more than once a month. "
