"Okay, so I bought a DC Bombshells Backpack on eBay. I messaged the seller and emailed them. Then, all of a sudden a couple of days later. They cancel it. Apparently because the delivery address is not valid? I mean, it's already pre-filled.

"I order a very expensive item from them with insurance. The order page just says its pending. Ive emailed them and tried to call but i just get a call cant be completed !! "I recently purchased a Monster High backpack for daughter from CuteSense.com. It was The worst online purchase I have ever made. The backpack is crap. It tore up within a month of use. I emailed the company, at this point, 5 times and I have yet to even receive acknowledgment. TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCTS and WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NEVER shop with this company again!! And I would suggest if you prefer quality and/or service, shop some place else!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had a horrible experience. I ordered a backpack for a birthday party (the weekend before school started) I selected priority shipping and paid more to make sure I receive it in time. Two days before the party I call them to find out that they were out of stock and didn't bother to let me know. Their solution was to send me a different backpack but they couldn't expedite the shipping. Even though they were wrong they had a terrible attitude too! I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I cancelled it but am now afraid that it will take me forever to get my money back, if I ever do!"
"I was absolutely horrified by doing business with this company! I purchased my 2 year old daughter something on Dec. 14th I had not received it by Dec.23rd so I contacted them. Keeping in mind they already cleared payment for my item...they told me they were out of stock on that item! I received no notification whatsoever and they didn't even bother sending me anything at all. They then told me I could pick something else out! Are they F!@#$! kidding me this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter! They then tried to accommodate me by saying they could overnight me another item. I agreed to this. It was not overtightened and they did not even send the item they said they would!!!! This company has very shady business practices to charge someone for an item you do not even have in stock and to fail to notify your customer of this fact but taking money anyway this is STEALING!!!!! HUGE THUMBS DOWN! they should be ashamed of the way they conduct business!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM CUTESENSE I was so excited when I found this site because their prices were reasonable and if you ordered so much you got free shipping. I ordered 3 things and paid $61 but got free shipping so I was happy. Well one of the items I ordered was marked as an adult size but it barely fit my 1 year old child. I emailed, left messages on their website, and called numerous times never received an answer. Finally after a week and a half someone answered and they refused to pay return shipping even though their website says they do and claimed that the item wasn't defective. Will NOT shop here again"
"My order from CuteSense was delivered in a speedy efficient manner. My issues arose when I tried to return an item. There customer service is almost non existent. I called, left voicemails, sent emails and used there contact portal. I was never contacted back. I lucked up with an actual person answering the phone one day who gave me a return approval code. I shipped the item with a confirmation upon signing request and still haven't received a refund (2 months later). I will take this up with my credit union to see if they will refund me that way."
