"If you are considering to purchase products on this website, please think twice, and take people's advise. You can also log in to BBB to see their repetitions. Amazon has their products, and you can look how people's comments there. I can't believe they have time to response every customer here to tell you how terrible those customers were but no time to response any email or even bother to refund you after sending you the product with defect.
I purchased the lx3-Brand-Brown-batt on August 21. This is a camera case with battery bag. After purchasing this bag I found a same case for much cheaper on Amazon. I immediately called the company's customer service to cancel the order ***-***-****. The person I talked to refused to cancel the order, stating that she could not cancel the order before receiving payment (I purchased it through credit card). She convinced me that other sellers sold fake ones so that is cheaper and wait until I had received the case to decide whether to return it or not. On August 25th, I got the case in the mail. After opening it I noticed that the camera case and battery bag were different colors. I immediately contacted the company asking how to return the product. They tried very hard not to let me return it, and most of time, ignoring my emails. After a few e-mails back and forth, they finally gave me an address and return code to return the product, they did not arrange for shipping, I had to pay that myself. I mailed the package first-class and have a receipt, but I did not pay extra for USPS tracking of the package, which they certainly have to arrange it. After several days I e-mailed them again asking about the status of the return, the package was scheduled to be delivered on August 30th. Again, they ignored my emails, and finally I told them I would report it to BBB, and they e-mailed me on 9/7asking for the tracking number, which when they received the package I am sure they realized was not purchased because they forced me to pay for the return shipping without providing any sort of documentation on how it should be sent, only an address and authorization number.
This is the most terrible experience I have purchased online, and I hope no one will have to go through this like me."

"Don't order anything from these guys. I ordered a leather case for a Canon G9 and one of the strap attachments ripped off after very light use. CCC refused to help, and told me to buy another. I also ordered their clear LCD screen protectors. Worked fine, but when I went to take it off it left the glue on the LCD. Their response, sorry, we don't know what to do ... even thought the packaging said it would not leave a residue.

"BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE... I purchased a camera case that was described as including a "3.0" LCD Protector" It was NOT included with my order. I was traveling and sent an email to customer support. They told me I had not paid for the LCD protector so they only sent the camera case. After confirming the website description today, I called and was told the "Buy Now" button that I choose did not include the bonus LCD protector and I should have known that. It was a free bonus item that they thought I didn't want. Only if I now send additional shipping will they provide what was described. I was hung up on by the lady. Very unprofessional and sneaky."

"I was skeptical at first as there was no review for this site, but I took the plunge. I purchased a pink hard leather camera case for the Canon SD800IS. This case has a magnetic clasp and an extra battery pouch and a leather loop with a caribeaner (sp?)(also, no belt loop). I made my purchase on the evening of the 27th and it got to me on the 3rd. No problems. I opened it up and I saw that it was the exact thing in the picture. I noticed that there was some left over adhesive on the edge side where the seam is. From past experience, I understand how this can happen and decided to just remove the adhesive myself (didn't have time yet to do it though). Also, battery pouch on the back has a snap clasp and the flap going to the clasp was slightly offcenter(by about 1/4"). Even with these flaws, the case is very well made for a chinese product. I was also hesitant to buy it as the website does not include the dimensions for the inside of the case or the outside. I was extremely relieved when I slipped the camera into the case. IT FIT PERFECTLY! My Girlfriend LOVES IT! I purchased it with an LCD screen protector(only 1) and it works great even in sunlight. I believe I got a good value. I would buy from this company again.
If you are looking for a great looking, slim, hard or semi hard leather case for a canon point and shoot, this site would be my first recommendation for you. I would also dissuade you from buying a case on ebay, if you want the case to fit perfectly. I did buy from a place on ebay and it didn't fit right, even though they said it was for my camera. Based on my experience, if they say it fits for a certain camera model, then it will.

Also, they will itemize your invoice and it's kind of confusing. They put their own item number, but absolutely no description of what it is. When you do a search of the item number on their site, it doesn't come up with anything. Perhaps they will fix this in the future?
