I had a very bad experience purchasing from this website so just thought to warn people so they dont get as disappointed as I do.

I have to admit that Cutie Code offers quite a good price (approx. AUD 30 for a top), and that's the reason I thought to try buy some clothes from them.

The delivery was quite long (it took 4 weeks for my order to arrive), but that's fine.
Then I found out that they sent me the incorrect product. Well, that's also fine. Mistakes can happen.
However, what can not be tolerated is that from the day my order was received I have sent them 4 emails and that doesn't include the Return Authorisation form from their website of which all were ignored.
Until today, I have not heard any response back from them regarding how to exchange this incorrect product.

In short, their customer service does not exist. It may be fine if you don't get incorrect product or if you don't have to return or exchange anything from them. But if you face this unlucky situation like I do,
you will feel disappointed. And as for myself, for sure I WILL NOT BUY FROM CUTIE CODE IN THE FUTURE.
