"I ordered this beautiful black knife block. It arrived quickly but was damaged, looks like possibly because of deliverer. I contacted the customer service via email which is the only way to contact them. They did reply immediately and had me take a picture of the damage. The perfect ending was in a couple of days I received my new knife block undamaged and they just had me keep the original one. It ended up going to someone that does wood repair and needed a new knife block.
I will use them again for the customer service was excellent and the knife block is outstanding!
It holds 2 kitchen scissors, 8 steak knives, a steel and 13 more slots for various size knives. We do a lot of cooking and use every knife we have due to purpose of knife. The black staining of the block is perfect!"
