"Great prices, free shipping, but slow to deliver.

I placed my order on July 3 for ink cartridges for my Epson R200 printer. The web site makes a point of telling you about their fast shipping, but ordering the day before a holiday I knew it would take a few days.

Got a confirmation order number quickly, but there is no way to follow up on your order through the web site.

After about 10 days, with no further communication from the vendor, I e-mailed their customer support for an update on where my order was. I quickly got a tracking number,with a promise that I'd get a response in 1 business day.

I didn't, but after a few more days I got a notice that my order had been sent to the warehouse for processing. No telling what they were doing before this.

After a couple of more days I got a tracking number - UPS. Followed the order from this and finally receiver my order on 7/21.

Order was complete and accurate. Cartridges seem to work fine in the printer.

I'm not sure if the delay I experienced getting my order is normal for this firm. I can't complain about the price and the free shipping was a bonus.

Just glad I was not totally out of ink when I ordered."
