"DO NOT SHOP WITH CUTTINGEDGEAPPLIANCES and/or AJAX PHILADELPHIA. I once advocated and swore that this internet/Ridley Park, PA appliance company was top-notch in quality and service. However, recent times are proving that this business is barely solvent and is unable to fufill their orders. As recently as October 23, 2007, they continue to take payment for appliance orders with no intention of ever delivering the order. If any POTENTIAL CUSTOMER believes they are being offered too incedible a deal to pass up, I suggest you contact the Better Business Bureau of Philadelphia, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office (PA) and the Ridley Park Police prior to submitting any order. A deal is only good if there are appliances available and this business no longer has any appliances to sell! We personally went to their warehouse/corporate headquarters several times in the past few weeks in search of our "missing" appliances. It is more than evident that this business is on the verge of bankruptcy. If you are a victim (like us) that still has not received ordered appliances, PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE AUTHORITIES ASAP. The sooner all the "conned customers" get together, the sooner all of us can receive restitution for our losses. "

Do not use these people if you expect to get your stuff. I ordered an AGA Legacy stove and waited 22 weeks before I got it. I never had a phone call or e-mail returned. I was lied to about the status of the order when I lucked out and someone answered the phone. I finally had to get the manufacturer involved before I got my range. In the interim this company charged my credit card and would not even talk to them.
These guys are bad, bad news, order from them at your own risk.

"Called numerous times to find status of order. Kept getting "looping" recording. No answer to customer service(2) or operator(0). Also no e-mail responses. Finally someone answered but had no idea when the product will be shipped. Complained about the non-responses and I was told rudely it was summer. People were on vacation. I canceled the order immediately and notified my cc company"
"Ordered merchandise and same day revised order. The merchant charged my card $7077.00 but has yet to refund the amount of $3493.00 for the cancelled item. It has also been nearly 2 months and I have still not received all the items purchased. After numerous phone calls and emails asking for the refund and shipment of merchandise, I give up and have to resort to making this complaint. They have told me and written to me that the refund has been processed, but all appears to have been lies. I am still owed the $3493.00 and another item for which I paid $512.00.
Very nice on the phone, but that is easy when it is all untrue! Don’t be fooled by their prices, it isn’t worth getting ripped off.

"This store's customer support is impossible. Nobody is ever at their desk, so you have to leave voicemail, but that is impossible because after about 10 seconds their voicemail system tells you you're not speaking loud enough. Emails go unanswered.
After a week and a half of not being able to find out anything about the status of my order, I finally had to cancel my order by fax, because there is no other way to get in touch with them.
Maybe they're OK if you go to their retail store, but my experience ordering from their website was very bad.
Note that "Cutting Edge Appliances" is one of several stores owned by "Ajax Philadelphia Inc".
