"Like another review I purchased what I thought were brand new headphones. They arrived in a damaged carton with only one side working. After several emails gave me an address for return. 3 months later the same package returned with "Not Collected". A very shonky company to be avoided at all costs by everyone. They even locked me out of their web page because they knew the sort of feedback they would get"

"I ordered "Superpad 7" on 28 Oct. 2012 (Order No. 27197). Shipment I got 4 Dec. It turned out that the package was incomplete - missing in the charger, mini HDMI cable, keyboard case (it was just a simple case) and 3G Dongle Hawuei (for connection to the Internet). "Superpad 7" turned on once and then stopped responding. I sent about six e-mails listed on the official website with the request to contact me. First I sent two days after the receipt of the shipment. I have a photos with the contents of the consignment. I would return this device along with an incomplete package. Unfortunately, to this day I have no contact with those sellers. Interest in this case the Australian Competition Consumer Commision. Also, one of the newspapers want to publicize this matter. On the various forums on the internet is a lot of negative opinions related to the sale of defective or incomplete equipment.

"My daughters bought me an Android tablet for Christmas from Cutting Edge Guy. I've had trouble with the tablet staying charged even though it has been charged just before use! Had to email ceghk a few times before they finally responded and they finally agreed for me to send back to them in Hong Kong (from Australia at my own cost). I did not hear from them again and had to chase up and finally managed to get a contact phone number, rang overseas and spoke to Tim who said they would look at it (after refusing to give me a refund) and that they would send me a working one within 2 weeks. It's over 2 weeks now and I've made a couple of overseas calls but keep getting the answering machine. Really bad product and no customer service. Anyone thinking of buying anything from them - my advice- think again or you could end up like us - my girls with no present for their mum and their mum with no product!!"

"DO NOT buy anything from the Cutting Edge Guy as if it goes wrong, which it most likely will they will not repond to your help emails and if they do they are no help whatsoever! My dad bought my kids 2 x Nintendo DS XL which after a couple of weeks of using now do not work and the Cutting Edge Guy have not bothered to respond to my emails. So we have two completely useless machines and two very unhappy children and my dad is 339 euros out of pocket. Lets hope Paypal are more help that Cutting Edge Guy."

"Item arrived after five weeks, by which time a complaint had been lodged with, and refund acquired from, PayPal. Attempts to contact seller (2 different e-mail addresses and online 'query' form) were completely ignored.
When contact was finally made via Facebook, the seller was offensive and uncooperative.
The product was a FM transmitter with SD card slot and USB port. The 'usb port' was too small for any USB device I've ever seen, the product was poorly presented (no packaging/instructions) just wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in envelope - no return address.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend the Cutting Edge Guy.
