"Very limited customer service. They don't keep normal business hours (9-5). If you don't believe me, call both of the phone numbers listed on their website. You will most likely receive an automated greeting with an option to leave message. I made a mistake on my order at 4:34 pm EST. I immediately called to correct my order and I received an automated greeting. I left a message asking them to return my call as soon as possible. Called back next day 9:00 am EST but never got anything but the automated greeting. Called every 15 minutes until 10:45 am EST. I was concerned I wouldn't get my order on time, so I placed another order with a different online vendor at 10:50 am EST. Finally got a real person at 11:05 am EST. Cancelled my order. CSR said she just got in at 11:00 am EST. "
"I received a defective card and CyberEStore took care of it really quickly. After I contacted them they gave me a RMA number and shipped me a new one using expedited shipping. Although my first card was defective (no fault of CyberEstore) the way they handled the exchange was great!"
