"Overall happy with the order.
I received the product (dsl broadband modem Motorola 2210) today by FedEx Ground six calendar days after placing my order. It is new, as described.
A comment to previous reviewers: I was worried when I read these reviews, but decided that patience is a virtue. I think that at the lowest online price+shipping cost something has to give, and if it's communication, so be it. Rather than being a panicky pete when my email asking for a tracking number went unanswered, I waited, and here is my dsl. I am posting this review while connected through it.
A nice touch - the box came with a self-adhesive tape included for re-sealing the box in case I needed to ship it back.

"Order is taking longer then expected for delivery. Tracking order has been poor. Not sure when I will receive order. Product pricing the same as other e-tailers I have used with better shipping and tracking services. Shipping cost are pricey. Payment is billed when order is received not when shipped. Do not recommend."

My order took two weeks to get to me, and worse than that, I wrote three emails to "Customer Care" (what a joke) to inquire about my order and didn't receive any response until a few days after I had received the item. "Customer service is non-responsive. I've sent a request for an "RMA", which is authorization and instructions to return a product, about 8 days ago. I haven't received one. After filling out the RMA form on their site, I got what looks like an automated reply telling me I would receive the RMA within 1-3 business days.
That turned out not to be true. I just filled out the form again tonight, as well as forward them the e-mail they sent about the 1-3 business days.
Please don't do business with this company."
"I ordered on a Saturday, in the morning. Their status page showed "processing" through Thursday when I finally emailed them, as they sent no confirmation and reveal no physical address or phone number. Then, without reply or acknowledgment, item arrived next Tuesday. I'm generally satisfied with the price, but just don't be in any hurry, and you have to stay on their case."
"Authorized a purchase of a TV stand supposedly in stock. No confirming email invoice. After three days no invoice, Status of order at the site said "In process". Emailed cust support about when to be shipped. Received no answer. Two days later, emailed again with same result-no answer. I emailed I wanted to cancel-No answer. Finally went to PayPal and filed claim to get refund. This vendor will not answer emails. No phone number for personal contact. they will not communicate with you. You have been warned.

"My order was billed to my credit card and never delivered"
"I placed an order on 7-1-07. According to the website the items were in stock and would ship in 1 to 3 days. On 7-3-07 I received a notice that the order was put on hold because the items were out of stock and would not be received from the manufacturer for about 2 weeks. The notice asked me to let them know weather to cancel the order or not. I replied within one hour of receiving this notice, clearly stating that I wanted the order canceled and I did not wish them to ship it or charge my credit card for the order. On 7-5-07 I received another notice that they had miraculously received a shipment 2 weeks early on that very day and would be shipping my order. I again replied to there E-mail notice stating that I had canceled the order and I would not pay for it or accept it. On 7-6-07 I received a notice that they had shipped my order anyway. When they sent the message stating that the order would not be delivered for two weeks, I canceled and I made other arrangements for the parts in question. Now I have to deal with extra expense ,time and trouble of removing the charges from my credit card and returning the items, probably at some expense to me. A very poor way to do business and a very poor way to entice return customers. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. I would be reluctant to recommend this supplier to anyone. "
"While I am happy with the actual product itself, I am very dissapointed in the service. This product was bought as a gift and did not arrive in time (although I did buy it in well enough time). After almost 2 weeks, I emailed the company and asked for a status on my order. They then proceeded to tell me that while they had 4 in the warehouse, the box was damaged- leading them to believe the product was damamged. They would have to send out for a new one and would not even be available in their warehouse for shipping until the 27th- three weeks after I ordered it. This wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that the company never tried to offer me this explanation- I had to seek it out. In my eyes, this is bad business. If you want to keep your customers, you need to keep them updated and for goodness sakes, tell them when there is a problem with their order. I had to go to my event without a present, and I was mortified. The product was wonderful, but customer service is something that I recommend working on. "
"We were sent the wrong adaptors. We ordered 100 adaptors and they substituted or mistakenly shipped a different type of adaptor. They did not send the type of adaptor that is diplayed on the site for purchase. We do not want the adaptors they sent us. We have left a phone message and filled out a help form on their web site, but have not been contacted back. Please contact us back, so we can remedy this.
UPDATE OF STATUS ON 01/31/2007
We have made several phone calls to them, and left many messages. We have emailed them, and filled out a support form on their web site. They will not answer us. My next step is to contact our credit card company, because I feel we have given them reasonable time to remedy the problem. "

"After receiving my order and before opening the box it arrived in, I experienced a set back and needed to return the order. Initially, Cyber Gift Center emailed me that they would send me an RMA number. I never received it. I sent repeated emails and did everything I knew how to contact these people. No response. At all. Ever. I am sitting here with an unopened box and $150 worth of equipment I can not use and can not afford. As far as I am concerned this organization is a nasty fraud. "
