"I placed an order online on the 27/9 and since then I have had no reply regarding the status of the plastic model kit I ordered. The credit card was charged and until now I have sent a total of 4 emails enquiring about the status of the product. It would be useful to give a history of my emails.

27/9 - Ordered product online
28/9 - Sent email asking where my order confirmation was
30/9 - Order confirmation sent
4/10 - Email asking status of product (no reply)
9/10 - Emailled and asked for status (still no reply)
13/10 - Emailed again (no reply)

Furthermore before placing an order I was told that 'Courier Service' would take 1 week to ship at most. I was therefore under the impression it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Also its terms and agreements stated that my credit card will only be charged just before the product is dispatched.
I an still awaiting a reply for my enquiries but for some reason I'm not even getting a single reply.

My advice is don't be fooled as I was into dealing with this store.
